The State of Connecticut requires:

• Infants and Toddlers: 1 to 4 ratio of adults to children
• Preschool: 1 to 10 ratio of adults to children

At the UConn Child Labs:

• Infant and toddler ratios are typically 1 to 3 or better

• Preschool ratios are typically 1 to 7 or better
