Our student labor work force is crucial to the smooth functioning of our classrooms. We attract students who have experience interacting with young children in their personal lives or from other early childhood education jobs. Each semester we hire several students who love to be around young children and can meet training requirements. The jobs in our Infant Center, Toddler Room or Preschool classroom consist of talking, playing and taking care of children as well as supporting classroom needs such as cleaning. We value students who develop a warm and nurturing relationship with children, who are willing to enter into child’s play and have a friendly and respectful manner towards children.
